The COACH MOU is based on the principle that everyone has the potential to develop and improve themselves, but just need a little help to unlock their potential. My role is to encourage people to take responsibility for their own actions, which results in commitment, and therefore enhance performance. The power of successful coaching is in the questioning. The role of the coach to ask the right questions rather than using instructions. This will foster change more readily.  

The MENTOR MOU is based on the principle of sharing the mentor’s knowledge, skills and perspective to develop the professional and personal growth of the mentee.  An experienced and knowledgeable mentor who is competent in their field of expertise is the foundation of a successful 1:1 relationship.    

The COMBO COACH and MENTOR MOU is where I Coach to empower you when necessary and at the same time Mentor you when I see the need. We can chat about this type of arrangement during our first initial meetings.
